By creating a Nommey account or subscribing to a vendor plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nommey connects users with local restaurants and venues through time-sensitive deals and announcements ("Drops"). The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
Some venues on Nommey promote alcohol-related specials and events. By confirming that you are 21 or older within the app, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and consent to receiving alcohol-related promotions.
Nommey does not independently verify age. Users who indicate they are under 21 will not receive alcohol-related promotions or notifications. Vendors who post alcohol promotions are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable alcohol advertising laws.
Vendors may not use Nommey to promote irresponsible drinking, unlimited consumption events, or any content that encourages excessive alcohol consumption. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times are not guaranteed. For urgent issues with venues, contact the venue directly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Vendors access Nommey features through paid monthly subscription plans managed at nommey.app/vendor.
Free Trial: New vendor accounts receive one 60-day free trial on their first subscription. A valid payment method is required at checkout. If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically renews at the regular monthly rate. The free trial is non-transferable and may only be used once per account.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
Plan Changes: Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Drop Credits: Each plan includes a monthly drop allowance. Unused credits roll over into the next billing cycle up to your plan cap. Credits are non-refundable.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Nommey does not store payment card information.
Nommey reserves the right to modify plan pricing or features with 30 days advance notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
